What is a typical day like at MutTrails daycare?
Dogs enjoy a balanced routine of supervised playgroups, garden time, enrichment activities,
nap breaks, and plenty of human attention. We keep numbers small so every dog gets the
calm, structured day they need.
How long are daycare sessions?
We offer full-day daycare with drop-off between 7.30am-9am and collections from 4pm up to 7pm. Also half day sessions from 9-1 or 1-5. Dogs can stay with us for the
full experience or come have fun for a short while.
Do you mix small and large dogs?
Only when it’s safe and suitable. We observe each dog’s confidence level and play style, and
group dogs sensibly so everyone feels safe and relaxed.
Is daycare suitable for nervous or rescue dogs?
Yes — many dogs build confidence with us. We introduce new dogs slowly, with quiet spaces,
gentle supervision, and a very calm home environment. We never force interactions.
How many dogs do you take per day?
As a 5-Star licensed home daycare, we keep numbers low for safety and quality of care.
This ensures a peaceful environment and plenty of one-on-one attention.
Do puppies attend daycare?
Yes — once fully vaccinated. We help puppies build confidence, learn good manners, and settle

Most daycare dogs join our countryside morning group walks (if suitable), or a play session in a secure field,so every one can have a good runaround at their own pace. We tailor activities to each dog’s needs and ability.
What should I bring for daycare?
Just your dog’s lead ,harness, food (if they require lunch), medication if needed, and a coat in winter. We
provide comfy beds, bowls, towels, and plenty of affection.
