Where are you based?
MutTrails is based in Andover, Hampshire, with countryside walks right on our doorstep.
What services do you offer?
We provide dog daycare, countryside group walks, overnight holiday boarding, and extended stays — all cage-free and home-from-home.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. MutTrails is fully insured and holds a 5-Star Test Valley Council licence. Documents are available on our Documents & Certificates page.
How does boarding work?
Boarding is always cage-free. Dogs live alongside us in our home, with sofas and comfy beds. Liz even sleeps downstairs with the dogs for reassurance overnight.
Do you take puppies or older dogs?
Yes. Puppies are welcome once vaccinated, and senior dogs are cared for with patience and gentle attention.
What should I bring for my dog?
Bring your dog’s food enough for length of stay, any medication, coat if worn, and a food bowl. We provide beds and plenty of love.
What is required by law for boarding?
Dogs must be microchipped, vaccinations up to date (kennel cough optional), have an ID tag, and be registered with a licensed boarder.
How do I book?
You can book through our online booking system or get in touch via our contact page.
Can I see reviews from other owners?
